Batumi Model 1974 Quad LFO - 10HP

XAOC Batumi Model 1974

The Batumi, from XAOC Devices, is a compact and feature rich quadruple low frequency oscillator. Each channel has Sine, Square and Saw (the saw output is selectable between Saw, Ramp, Tri, and Trapezoid shapes) as well as reset/sync inputs. An interesting thing about the Batumi is how the last three LFOs can be connected to the first. If all are put into "Free" mode, then they are four independent LFOs, but there are also options for Quadrature mode, phase offset, and clock division. In quadrature mode, it offsets each successive LFO by 45 degrees, providing cascaded outputs for morphing capabilities. In Phase offset, it is set up similarly, but the slider decides the phase shift amount, from 0 to 360 degrees offset. The same thing goes for Clock Division, where the original LFO will be the master clock, and the division will increase with the adjustment of the slider. There also includes CV inputs to control the division or phase of the three slaved LFOs. With the phase and clock division options, this module becomes a wonderful rhythmic generator, instead of just a quad LFO bank. Nothing is quite this powerful in only 10HP. This is the ultimate modulator for your Eurorack modular system.
