Volca Keys Analog Synth Machine Volca Keys Analog Synth Machine

True-analog loop synthesizer with polyphonic analog sound engine and loop sequencer.

Following in the tradition of the monotron, monotribe, and MS-20 Mini analog synthesizers, Korg reveals the Volca series. Volca is a new set of EDM production tools. These robust and easy-to-use true-analog devices provide a diverse array of huge sounds that can be achieved only from a real analog synthesizer. Each is also armed with sequencing/recording abilities for intuitively creating performances. Multiple Volcas can be chained together for tandem use via the vintage-style sync in/out, and with favorite DAW software or MIDI keyboard through a MIDI In.

Battery operation and integrated-in speakers mean that users can easily perform anywhere and anytime. These are the next-generation analog synthesizers, providing users with the ultimate sounds and grooves with ease and depth. Whether used together or by separately, the Volca series is poised to inject true analog sound into any performance or studio setup! Volca Keys is a long-anticipated synthesizer that adds a new chapter to Korg's robust history of analog synthesizers. This 27-key analog lead synth provides incredibly robust sound in a compact form factor. Beginning with a filter section that utilizes the circuitry of the legendary miniKORG700S (1974), it achieves astonishing tones that take full advantage of Korg's half-century of knowledge in circuit design.

With a simple structure that integrates delay effect and a sequencer, it's also a perfect choice for a first analog synth. It offers the richly expressive sounds that are unique to analog, providing the enjoyment of simple yet complex sound-creation. The possibilities are limitless; users can use the three oscillators to play chords, use them in unison mode with detune to produce solid lead lines, or apply ring modulation to make far-out metallic sounds.

  • Three note true analogue synthesis
  • Voicing function lets anyone create sounds easily
  • Delay effect for even more sonic possibilities
  • Loop sequencer lets you record phases just as you play them
  • Motion Sequencer records knob edits in real time
  • Active Step function and Flux function to add dynamic change to your sequences
