The Analog Drive from Elektron is a desktop overdrive box that provides eight different analog distortion effects. It is designed for those used to using guitar pedals, with foot switches that can also be toggled by hands. Many of the distortion circuits are modeled from classic distortions but now contain options for MIDI and Expression control signals. Its all analog signal path means it retains its warmth, while beefing up the sound with various crunches and overdrives. Also included for tone shaping is a three band EQ with a variable Mid frequency band.
