Octavix's gnarly graphics are not the only psychedelic part of its appeal: Electro Harmonix's Octavix channels the spirit of late-1960s octave-up fuzz, adding modern features that take it beyond the realm of Hendrix (though it will happily hang out there, too).
The Octavix's knobs control output Volume, Boost (amount of fuzz), and Octave level. An additional toggle allows the player to choose whether the internal power rails are operating at 9V or 24V: 9V mode offers more traditional, saggy fuzz response while the 24V mode is much tighter and richer.
For vintage fuzz and beyond, the Octavix cuts through the haze.
- Classic octave up + fuzz in a compact package
- Switchable power rails for switching between saggy and tight sounds
- True bypass
- Runs on 9V battery (included) or optional power supply
