The Blue Lantern Discrete Ladder VCF is an analog filter which uses four surface mounted quad transistor IC's to construct a discrete classic transistor ladder circuit. It features a 24db low pass output. The resonance doesn't have any internal signal compensation in the feedback path, however there is a ton of gain on the audio input so it can just be turned it up if compensation is needed. This filter sounds great, and at a great price.
The Discrete Ladder VCF also features two CV sources, each with a dedicated level knob.
- 4 quad transistor IC's for discrete transistor ladder circuit
- 24db low pass output
- 2 CV sources each with dedicated level control
